Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Jeweloyal. We hope you love your stainless steel jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Return Period

Jeweloyal offers a 3-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. Customers must submit their return request and dispatch the return shipment within this 3-day window. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund to Original Payment Method:
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 10 working days.
After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Our support team will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the courier and country of return.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees related to returns.

Please ensure you keep proof of shipment and tracking information. We cannot take responsibility for returns without valid tracking or shipment proof.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once your return reaches our warehouse, processing will begin immediately. Returns are typically completed within 10 working days from the date of arrival.
After the refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account.
